TropicMiles is a loyalty and rewards program offered by Tropic Air Limited for Tropic Air Customers. It is designed around a simple concept – make earning a reward flight faster and easier.
Miles are earned on every flight based on monetary value of each ticket, and can be redeemed for free travel. We do not have blackout dates and your miles don’t expire as long as you have a flight-earning activity at least once every 12 months.

Membership in the TropicMiles program is free and is for individual travelers only. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine miles with other Members.
Except as specifically approved by Tropic, corporations and other entities may not be enrolled as Members.

Membership is limited to one account. When applying, a Member must provide his or her legal name matching his or her government issued photo identification, address, phone number, valid email address, gender, and date of birth. Account specific information will be sent via email to the primary email address in the TropicMiles account. Information submitted is kept confidential. View our Privacy Policy.
Upon enrollment, Members’ accounts are active. Members’ accounts will remain active as long as the Member has a qualifying activity at least once every 12 months. The Member’s account expiration date will be 12 months from the date of the last qualifying activity.

Miles can be earned from flights booked through Tropic Air or through qualifying purchases with our Partners.
Miles can only be earned by the person whose name appears in the TropicMiles account and who actually travels, regardless of who purchased or paid for the ticket.
To earn miles for each Tropic Air flight, a Member must provide his/her TropicMiles account number when making his/her reservation or prior to commencement of travel.
How to Redeem TropicMiles
Its time to pack your bags! TropicMiles can be redeemed for any available seat on any flight booked through Tropic Air. Number of miles required to redeem for reward flights may vary based on destination, time, day of travel, demand, fare class, mile redemption rate, and other factors.
Member can use his or her miles to purchase seats for him/herself or others; however, the Member is solely responsible for making any changes to the itinerary after booking.
Awards may be subject to seat restrictions, and due to demand, seats may not be available for award travel on all flights on all days. We encourage you to book your reward tickets early.
All awards must be booked and flown prior to the expiration date stated on the award. Reservations are required prior to arrival at the airport for use of awards and must be made through our website or our stations.

A Member who flies 10,000 qualifying miles or flies 100 segments per calendar year will qualify for Gold status.
Gold qualification will be based on a calendar year. Once Gold status is earned, the Member can begin enjoying the benefits immediately. The Member will maintain Gold status for the remainder of the calendar in which the status was earned and for the entire calendar year immediately following. To continue receiving Gold tier benefits, the Member must re-qualify each calendar year.
Once a Member qualifies for Gold status, he/she is entitled to our premium mile accumulation program. This means that Tropic Air will automatically award additional miles for each segment flown while the member maintains Gold status.
